provides graduate programs for international students.

(1) Master's program (two years)
Applicants must have a completed Bachelor's degree from a university outside of Japan by the time of entry to the graduate school. They can choose one of two programs, Japanese-based Master's Program (Japanese proficiency is required) and English-based Master's Program (English proficiency is required). The latter program currently offers six areas, "Nano Science Program," "Biomedical Engineering Program," etc.

(2) Ph.D. program (three years)
Applicants must have a completed Master's degree from a university outside of Japan by the time of entry to the graduate school and have a minimum school education of 15 years, or an academic capability equivalent to Master's degree holders outside of Japan. Admission requires either
Japanese or English proficiency.
