Welcome to the Shirahama Group website. Our group explores quantum effects in helium and other light molecules such as hydrogen, by confining molecules under artificially made potential. We also develop cryogen-free dilution refrigerators and nuclear demagnetization refrigerators for ultralow temperature experiments.
